Terms of Service

These terms govern use of CamboEmail managed business email services offered by The Ring Technology. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

CamboEmail is a managed business email service operated by The Ring Technology for annual subscription customers. We provision mailboxes, configure DNS as agreed, and provide ongoing operational support.

All plans are billed annually and include fixed mailbox quotas of 1GB per mailbox unless otherwise agreed in writing for enterprise arrangements.

Service includes managed DNS, domain mail records, and mailbox operations support as described in your plan. You are responsible for providing accurate domain access and cooperating with onboarding steps we request.

Infrastructure is powered by MXRoute, with future Cambodia-hosting options under development. We may update underlying providers or locations in line with our roadmap while maintaining service continuity where reasonably possible.

Acceptable use: you agree not to use CamboEmail to send spam, malware, or unlawful content, or to interfere with other users or networks. We may suspend service for violations after reasonable notice when practicable.
